This beautiful Aran sweater is handknitted from 100% Irish yarn wool. This traditional wool is what produced the first Aran sweaters, and the custom endures to this day. It’s spun from thicker material than the newer Merino wool garments, and offers excellent protection against the elements. Wearing this piece ensures you’re wearing a piece of Irish history.
This sweater features the honeycomb stitch, which was the sign of a hard-working bee; and the diamond stitch, a symbol for success and wealth.

I ordered these slippers online as a birthday gift for my aunt as, foolishly, I forgot them when in the shop the previous week! They arrived promptly and ordering was a breeze! The spicy mustard rain cape is just perfect for our climate. Light and comfortable to wear and 100% waterproof to keep me dry when out and about. Love the quirky shape with the popper fasteners at the sides- just elevates it and makes it stylish and not just any ordinary rain coat.
